REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: October 2026

Chart Education follows a strict NO-REFUND policy for all courses, programs, classes, study materials, workshops, mock tests and other educational services purchased from Chart Education.

1. NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Once a student has enrolled for a course or made payment towards any course or educational service, the fee paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Personal reasons
• Change in financial circumstances
• Change in work schedule
• Relocation
• Travel
• Health or personal commitments
• Failure to attend classes
• Missing classes
• Failure to complete the course
• Failure to watch recorded lectures
• Failure to appear for an examination
• Failure to pass an examination
• Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching style
• Change in career plans
• Change in trading or investment plans
• Lack of expected trading or investment results
• Any other personal or professional reason

2. COURSE TRANSFER

Fees paid for one course may not be transferred to another course, person, batch or program unless Chart Education expressly agrees to such transfer in writing.

3. BATCH CHANGES

If Chart Education permits a student to move to another batch, such approval shall be at the discretion of Chart Education and subject to availability.

Batch transfer, where permitted, does not create any right to a refund.

4. MISSED CLASSES

Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes.

Missing a class does not create any right to a refund, fee adjustment or compensation.

Where recordings or alternative learning arrangements are provided, their availability will depend on the particular course.

5. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

Where a student has selected an installment payment option, the student remains responsible for payment of the agreed course fee according to the applicable installment schedule.

Non-attendance or discontinuation of the course does not automatically cancel outstanding installment obligations.

6. PAYMENT REVERSALS AND CHARGEBACKS

Students must not initiate unauthorized payment reversals or chargebacks for legitimate payments made towards courses or services.

Any genuine payment dispute should first be communicated to Chart Education so that it can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

7. CANCELLATION BY CHART EDUCATION

If Chart Education is required to cancel a course or program and cannot provide a reasonable alternative arrangement, the matter will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

8. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By making payment or enrolling for a course, the student confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing the purchase.
